We’re hiring!

Bull City Anxiety & OCD Treatment Center is a growing practice in Durham, North Carolina that provides evidence-based treatment for OCD, Anxiety Disorders, and OC-Spectrum Disorders. We’re looking for clinicians who are enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated, looking to be part of a team that can have fun while bringing effective, evidence-based care to our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians with experience delivering evidence-based care who may be looking to build or hone a specialty in the treatment of OCD and related disorders. Ideal candidates will have experience with the use of Exposure and Response Prevention in the treatment of OCD. Bonus points for experience with other related treatment modalities — e.g. ACT, Habit Reversal/ComB in the treatment of BFRBs.

We want to build a culture of clinicians who are eager to learn and grow. Our clinicians will have the flexibility to build around their interests and career goals — speaking engagements, conference presentations, writing, therapeutic groups, community events, etc. It’s okay if you don’t have previous experience with OCD, but a passion to learn is a must!

Above all else, Bull City Anxiety & OCD Treatment Center is determined to provide top-notch, evidence-based treatment. Quality training and supervision are a priority, as we want to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care. If this feels like a fit for you, please get in touch with us!
