Ben was interviewed for the Insider article “Six Ways to Cope with Claustrophobia”, offering tips for the treatment and management of claustrophobia.

Ben was interviewed in the PsychCentral article “How are OCD and Depression Related?”, offering insights about adjusting treatment to account for comorbid OCD and depression.

Ben is a perennial speaker at the International OCD Foundation Annual Conference and Online OCD Conference. Past conference presentations have included: “OCD & Procrastination”, “Adjusting to Better Help Your Adult Child with OCD”, and more.

Ben also serves on the Board of Directors for OCD North Carolina, the NC state affiliate of the IOCDF.

Ben’s article, “Logic Won’t Help Your Anxiety” was featured on Made of Millions, a global advocacy nonprofit using art, media, and digital technology to change perceptions of mental health.

At the 2022 ADAA Annual Conference, Ben will be presenting “Transdiagnostic Exposure & Response Prevention: Applying the Principles of Exposure to Generalized Anxiety Disorder”.
