Allie Lieber, LCSWA
Clinical Therapist
Allie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals navigating life with anxiety, OCD, health anxiety, panic disorders, and phobias. She has a particular interest and experience working with women during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Allie uses Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) alongside cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches such as ACT and DBT to help clients reduce anxiety, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most to them.
Allie is originally from California and spent more than a decade working at Google before earning her Master of Social Work at the University of Southern California. Her background in the tech industry gives her a unique understanding of workplace stress, perfectionism, and the challenges of maintaining balance in demanding environments.
Allie’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect and curiosity. She strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel safe yet challenged to explore their experiences and make meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of work, Allie enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and being with her husband, two young children, and their dog.
