Perinatal Anxiety & OCD Treatment Group
***This group is now OPEN for enrollment.***
WHEN: We are currently running two separate Perinatal Anxiety & OCD Treatment groups which take place on different days. The groups are held on: Tuesdays, 12-1pm ET and Thursdays, 12-1pm ET.
WHERE: The groups are held virtually, using a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You’ll receive a link and additional instructions upon registration. Open to residents of North Carolina.
COST: $50/session. There is no minimum or maximum commitment, though participants are asked to attend group consistently on a weekly basis while they are enrolled. You may end participation in the group at any time by notifying the group leaders.
DETAILS: This treatment group is a dedicated space for women who are pregnant or navigating motherhood through the early childhood years with anxiety and OCD. While best used alongside individual therapy, this group offers a powerful combination of education, treatment planning, and skill-building. You will gain the practical tools and the supportive community needed to not just cope, but to truly thrive as a mother living with perinatal anxiety or OCD.
The Tuesday section of the group is co-led by Erin Jones, LCMHC, PMH-C and Allie Lieber, LCSWA. The Thursday group is led by Allie Lieber, LCSWA. Space is intentionally limited to eight participants to ensure a close, supportive environment. Enrollment is first come, first served. A brief and complimentary intake session can be scheduled, as needed.
REGISTRATION: To join the group, please reach out to the group leaders to inquire about availability. You can contact Allie Lieber at allie@bullcityanxiety.com.
